Answers

What does AtrioGTM do?

AtrioGTM is a done-for-you outbound agency. We build the target list, write the messaging, and make the calls. A real person, on the phone, at high weekly volume, with email and LinkedIn running alongside. Qualified first meetings land on the client's calendar. Clients have no tools to manage and nobody to hire, and get a seat in ours to watch the work happen.

Who does AtrioGTM work with?

Two kinds of company. Seed-funded companies, roughly $300K–$3M raised, that need pipeline before their first sales hire. And managed service providers that want a predictable motion running alongside referrals.

How much does it cost?

$2,500 per month, all in. There is no setup fee, no per-meeting fee, and no tooling you have to buy separately. One price, one tier.

Do I need to buy any tools?

No. Data, dialer and sending infrastructure are ours and are included in the monthly price. You do get a seat in our software, so you can see every dial, reply and booked meeting as it happens, but there is nothing for you to administer.

How quickly do meetings start?

The first week or two go into list building and messaging. Dials typically start in week two, and first meetings usually land somewhere in weeks three to five. Sooner for smaller deals, later for enterprise buyers who are harder to reach.

Do you use AI to send the outreach?

We use AI to prepare, not to perform. It reads filings, job posts and call transcripts faster than we can, and it helps us write sharper. But a person makes the call and a person writes the reply.

Fully automated outreach is a short-term bump in activity paid for with your domain reputation and your brand. We don't run it.

What's the difference between this and hiring an SDR?

A fully loaded first SDR runs close to $100K a year, takes about a quarter to ramp, and the hire itself is roughly a coin flip. You also have to build the system they work inside before they arrive: data, dialer, sequences, scripts, reporting.

We are the system and the person, running from week one, at a fraction of the cost. When you do hire, the hard part is already built.

Who writes the messaging, you or us?

We do. You don't hand us a brief and wait. We write the opener, the objection paths, the voicemail, the email and the LinkedIn, and you review it before anything goes out.

It then gets rewritten continuously. Targeting and messaging are outputs of the execution rather than a document delivered up front; they change weekly based on what buyers say on live calls. You get the current version in writing and you keep it.

Do you actually make the calls, or just send emails?

We make the calls. A person dials your market every week on a power dialer, at volume. Email and LinkedIn run alongside to warm the list and catch the people the phone misses, but the phone is the channel that does the work.

Do you work a narrow list or go broad?

Broad first, then narrow. We don't think anyone can pick the right two hundred accounts on paper, so we build a list wide enough to learn from and call it hard. Within a few weeks the calls show which slice of the market answers and which pitch lands, and the hours concentrate there. The narrowing is earned rather than assumed.

What happens if it isn't working?

You hear it from us before you have to ask. Every week you get a written read on what the market said back, including the weeks where the answer is that a segment isn't responding. If the motion can't reach your number, we'll say so rather than run out the term.

Is there a minimum term?

We ask for an initial 90 days, because outbound doesn't produce a readable signal in less time. After that it's month to month.

Do you guarantee a number of meetings?

We don't sell a meeting quota, because the honest version of that number depends on your market, your deal size and how reachable your buyers are. On the call we'll tell you what we think is realistic for your specific market, and then you'll see the real numbers every week.

Can we take the system in-house later?

Yes. That's the intended ending. The list, the scoring logic, the scripts, the sequences and the reporting come with you, and we'll train the person who takes it over.

What do you need from us to start?

An hour of a founder or AE's time to walk your market and your best-fit customers, access to a calendar to book onto, and someone who can take a first call within a week of it being booked. That's it.

Next step

Thirty minutes tells you whether there's a pipeline here.

We'll walk your market, tell you what we'd target first and what we'd say. If we're not the right call, we'll say that on the call and point you somewhere better.
