Four weeks in, you're taking meetings.
No onboarding project, no discovery phase you pay for separately. We build the list, write the messaging and start dialling, then let the calls tell us where to concentrate.
We build the list
We start from who you can actually serve profitably: industry, size, geography, the shape of a good customer. Then we build a list wide enough to learn from. Not twenty hand-picked logos. Enough real businesses that a few weeks of calling produces a pattern instead of an anecdote.
We write the messaging
This is ours to build, not a brief you fill in. Opener, objection paths, voicemail, email and LinkedIn, all written against what those businesses are actually dealing with rather than what your product does. You review it before anything goes out, and you'll recognise your own market in it.
We make the calls
A person dials your market on a power dialer, at high and consistent weekly volume, with email and LinkedIn running alongside to warm the list. Meetings get booked straight onto your calendar with the context behind them. You have a seat in the software and can watch any of it, live, at any point.
We narrow it
Volume is how we learn; it isn't the goal. The calls decide what changes: which slice of the market picks up, which opener survives the first eight seconds, which objection keeps ending the conversation. We concentrate the hours where it's working and cut what isn't. You get the current targeting and messaging in writing each week, and you keep it whether you stay or leave.
We use AI to prepare, not to perform.
It reads filings, job posts, review sites and call transcripts faster than we can, and it helps us write sharper. That's real leverage and we use all of it.
But a person makes the call and a person writes the reply. Fully automated outreach is a short-term bump in activity paid for with your domain reputation, your brand and a slice of your market you can't call again. We don't run it, and we'd tell you not to buy it.
- ×Send outreach from an AI agent posing as a person.
- ×Sell you a trigger list and call it strategy.
- ×Report activity numbers and leave it there.
- ×Charge you for software, data or a setup phase.
- ×Keep running a play for six months because it was in the plan.
The ending is you running this yourself.
At some point outbound should live inside your company. When that day comes, the list, the scoring logic, the scripts, the sequences and the reporting come with you, and we'll train the person who takes it over.
That's the intended outcome, not a churn event. We'd rather tell you it's time than keep invoicing you for a function you should own.
Thirty minutes tells you whether there's a pipeline here.
We'll walk your market, tell you what we'd target first and what we'd say. If we're not the right call, we'll say that on the call and point you somewhere better.
