Pipeline that doesn't wait for a referral.
AtrioGTM builds and works the outbound motion beside your referral engine, so growth stops being a function of luck and timing, and your engineers stay on tickets.
Most MSPs grow on word of mouth, a couple of vendor partners and the occasional inbound form. It works, right up until you need a number you can plan hiring against. The usual fix is to ask a tech to make calls between tickets, or to buy a list and blast it. Neither one survives a busy month.
We run it as a function instead. We define your real service footprint: the industries, seat counts and geographies where you actually win and can actually support. Then we build a list against it that's wide enough to learn from. Then we write the reason the call exists, which is never "we do IT": what breaks in their business when the IT is bad, and what it's costing them.
Then we dial it. A person, every week, at the same cadence, whether or not the month is busy. You get first appointments with owners and operations leads. Nobody on your team gets pulled off a ticket to make it happen.
This works when
- You have a defined service area and a target seat count.
- You sell managed, co-managed or compliance-driven work, not one-off break-fix.
- You can take a handful of first appointments a month and follow up on them.
- You have capacity to onboard new clients this quarter.
This doesn't
- You're break-fix only, with no recurring contract to sell.
- Your delivery team is already at capacity and can't take on accounts.
- You want leads handed off with nobody to work them.
- You expect signed contracts rather than first appointments. We book the meeting; you close it.
Nobody can tell you whose contract is up. The phone can.
Every list vendor will sell you every business in a fifty-mile radius, and no amount of staring at that list tells you which ones are unhappy right now. There's no data field for it.
So we call them. A lot of them, every week. The answers sort the list for us. Contract coming up. Provider gone quiet. Just got acquired. Owner doing IT himself at ten at night. Within a few weeks we know which slice of your footprint is actually in play, and the calling hours move there.
Thirty minutes tells you whether there's a pipeline here.
We'll walk your market, tell you what we'd target first and what we'd say. If we're not the right call, we'll say that on the call and point you somewhere better.
