What we collect from this website

If you book a call, we collect the name, email address, company and any details you choose to share in the booking form. We may also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how this site is used.

What we collect on behalf of clients

Delivering outbound requires business contact information: names, job titles, company details and business contact details of people at the companies our clients sell to. We source this from commercial data providers and public sources, use it only for the client engagement it was gathered for, and do not sell it.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, deliver our services, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate, for example calendar, email, CRM and dialer platforms, under agreements that limit what they can do with it.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then a reasonable period for legal and accounting requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To opt out of contact from us or from a campaign we run, reply to any message or email [email protected] and we'll remove you and suppress the record.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
